The program provides early intervention and prevention services to families seeking support in their home and community, and strengthens the relationship between parents and their children.

Better Together supports older people in the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions to meet with like-minded people and connect with local services.
The Better Together program can provide you with one-on-one support, information, advice and referrals to other community connections. You can access a range of community based activities and ongoing peer support in your area.

Are you a Grandparent raising your grandchildren in the Sunshine Coast region?
Our Grandparents as Parents (GAP) program provides information and support to grandparents who are the primary carers for their grandchildren.
The GAP program can provide you with social connections, peer support, advocacy, parent education and referral pathways for you and your grandchildren.

Situated on the east bank of the Sunshine Coast’s Lake Kawana, the garden is a community space for the public and Community Solutions programs including employment, training, mental health and disability, youth, Indigenous and seniors.
