The NDIS gives people with disability more choice and control.
Helping coordinate your NDIS supports
Choosing the right providers is important in making sure you receive the support you need and in the way you need it. Coordinating supports from different providers can be difficult.
That’s where a Support Coordinator can help. We can assist you with understanding your Plan and your funded supports. Our experienced Support Coordinators will engage with your support providers in whatever way you wish so that you can achieve the goals in your Plan and live the life you want.
Specialist help to manage behaviour
Sometimes people with intellectual disability have behaviours that concern their family, friends and support providers. Behaviours that can potentially cause physical or emotional harm, either to a person with disability or those around them, limit their ability to engage fully with the wider community.
Our Behaviour Support practitioners work with people who have disability and who exhibit behaviours of concern. Together with families and support providers, we support people with disability to reduce behaviours of concern through positive strategies tailored to each person and their individual circumstances.
A pathway from the classroom to a career
Do you have ‘Finding and keeping a job’ in your NDIS plan? We can help you prepare for working life.
In fact, our team will tailor support just for you to help you achieve your goals. Together, we will help you discover what kind of job you want. Build the skills you need and even get real world work experience.
