As a registered NDIS provider, we support people of all ages to achieve the goals they have set out in their NDIS Plan. The services we provide are directed by the people we support and are always guided by participant choice.

Receive the right support with your NDIS plan
Coordinating your NDIS plan and supports can be difficult and that’s where our team can help. We’ll help you understand your plan and your funded supports, so you can get the most from your funding.
Our Support Coordinators will engage with your support providers in whatever way you wish so that you can achieve your goals and live the life you want.
Reduce barriers within the support environment
NDIS participants who are dealing with high or complex needs can access specialised support coordination to help manage challenges that occur with their supports and in life.
Our experienced team work with people they support to address barriers and to connect each person with service providers that will best support their needs.
Improve quality of life
Complex behaviours have the potential to cause physical, social or emotional harm either to a person with disability or to those around them.
All behaviours occur for a reason. However, sometimes they can be concerning because it limits the ability of a person to engage fully with the wider community and can restrict the life they live.
Our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners work positively with people we support, as well as family members and support workers to support the growth of positive behaviours through individually tailored strategies.
Enable independence by improving language and functional communication skills
Some people with a developmental delay or disability, or who have experienced a stroke or brain injury can have difficulty communicating or understanding others.
Our Speech Pathology services improve communication skills, enabling participants to express their wants and needs and to understand instructions.
Access mental health support
If you are an NDIS participant with funding for Improved Daily Living our psychologists can help you on your path to greater wellbeing.
We offer a range of supports to both children and adults, and our AHPRA-registered psychologists can provide service in several languages.
Two of Kirsty’s goals were to walk again and to work with animals. So, with the help of support coordination and behaviour support, Kirsty achieved her goals and more.
