This FREE hands-on workshop series runs over six Thursday mornings (1 June – 6 July) and teaches the fundamentals of healthy eating and lifestyle choices coupled with successful and sustainable edible gardening techniques.

Each workshop will run from 9.30am – 12.00pm and conclude with a recipe demonstration and shared light meal.

Nutritional talks and demonstrations will be presented by Jody Pollard, Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) from Total Nutrition Dietitian.

Participants must commit to attending all six workshops.
