The Traineeship
Are you eager to learn the ropes of the pest control industry? This is a great opportunity to be motivated, mentored and trained by a leading pest management technician.
You will work and learn along-side a technician with over 15 years industry experience until you gain the skills and confidence required to become a licenced and accredited pest management technician and start working alone.
This may take a number of years until you are fully licenced and trained to do so. However we will do everything in our power to ensure you fly through your training.
Leading to a role within the company that has potential to progress further up the ranks in the industry over the years spent honing in your skills and gaining your confidence.
Our ideal candidate will be provided all the necessary training, equipment, materials and devices required to attend customer’s homes and business’s to provide a high quality service that exceeds there expectations and standards. Inclusions when licenced such as a company car and fuel card, mobile phone and tablet, above award wages, bonus’s and commissions paid also.

Who we are?
Community Solutions is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
