Are you a proven people leader and with qualifications and experience in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, ABA therapy or similar areas of Social and Behavioural Sciences? Do you want to be a part of a dynamic and high-quality clinical team providing support to people with disability, their families, and support staff regarding evidence-based approaches to reducing the impact of challenging behaviour? The RoleDue to our continued growth, this newly created role will report to our Practice Leader (VIC) and be responsible for establishing, growing, and implementing Specialist Behaviour Support in the areas across Greater Melbourne. You will have responsibility for all components of Behaviour Support delivery including mentoring a small team and ensuring Behaviour Support is delivered to NDIS participants according to best practice and within the scope of each person’s plan.  Along with being the point of contact for providers you will work with the team to meet output targets whilst ensuring best practice and excellent stakeholder relationships.  About YouYou will ideally have knowledge of and experience in working with people with intellectual disability who have complex and challenging behaviours.
