Our successful candidate will ideally have previous experience and qualifications in a training capacity which are further listed below:Assessors must satisfy the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015/AQTF mandatory competency requirements for assessorsCertificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent or Diploma in VET and current vocational qualifications and industry currency in the qualification being delivered.In addition, assessors must have 2 years’ experience working in a counselling role and hold a qualification in counselling or related field that involves counselling, at Diploma level or higher (or equivalent qualification).A current working with Children Check or VIT Registered is essential as is Police Check or the willingness to gain one.
