As a GTO, Community Solutions takes on the risk of hiring and training apprentices, so you don’t have to. We partner with you as the Host Employer, and your apprentices or trainees, in a process known as group training.
Rather than being directly employed by your business, candidates sign an Apprenticeship / Traineeship Training Contract with Community Solutions, before being placed in your business.
