Within Endeavour you will placed with the Endeavour Foundation Industries (EFI) team. This portfolio of Endeavour Foundation operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard, covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging (food, general, pharmaceuticals), Timber products, Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers.The traineeship will involve developing skills and behaviours on how to guide those with disability through customised workplace learning that in turn matches them to the right work opportunities/tasks aligned with their goals/aspirations, skills and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans. You will also learn about relevant legislation, guidelines and standards to ensure the highest level of disability practice is achieved and upheld.The team you will be working with are very supportive and enthusiastic.
