You will have the chance to work with one of the largest disability service providers in Australia whilst completing a Certificate 3 Individual Support. The team you will be working with are very supportive and enthusiastic. They will be able to guide you and provide you with a wealth of knowledge along the way.In this Traineeship you will learn how to provide support in our Learning & Lifestyle Centre; assisting activities designed to help the people we support to develop practical life skills and to identify their goals for daily living, community participation, learning and building relationships – and of course most importantly having fun! The Traineeship
