You will have the chance to work with one of the largest disability service providers in Australia whilst completing a Certificate 3 Individual Support. The team you will be working with are very supportive and enthusiastic. They will be able to guide you and provide you with a wealth of knowledge along the way.In this Traineeship you will learn how to provide support within the Home Service; assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home. No two days will be the same! The Traineeship

We currently have a Individual Disability Support traineeship opportunity based across Supported Independent Living (SIL) sites in Cairns.
