This 4-year junior apprenticeship based in Townsville will provide a solid foundation to work alongside a team of qualified trade technicians and electricians, who will support and guide the successful candidate to complete their trade and gain a Cert III in Fire Protection Control.If you have a genuine desire to work within the Fire Industry (electrical section) and an interest in passive and active fire installation, this is the apprenticeship for you! This qualification provides competencies to select, install, setup, test, fault find, repair, and maintain fire protection systems in multiple, commercial, and industrial premises.Essential Qualifications:Construction White CardCertificate II in Electrotechnology highly regarded (not necessary)Manual driver’s licenseLVR & CPR desirableAbility to provide two work or school related referencesSuccessful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol testing.Who We Are?Community Solutions is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland.
