You will lead our team to be the provider of choice and build effective relationships that create sustainable opportunities and outcomes for our customers.Key duties:Develop and grow all regional education, training and community programsOversee at a regional level, the programs offered including a recycled retail outlet and social club for people with a disabilityEnsure a strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and reporting requirementsDeliver on performance expectations and meet outcomes with internal and external stakeholdersWork collaboratively with the leadership group and your team to deliver an exceptional customer and team experienceBe responsible for establishing and managing program budgetsAbout youAs the Regional Manager you will bring:Strong local engagement that you will draw on to develop and build our offerings in the regionA keen interest and passion in leading and developing othersA proactive and enthusiastic communication style to lead change, growth and a customer-centred approachDemonstrated experience in the education and training sectorQualifications in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 with required additional units) or higher or relevant tertiary qualifications (would be well regarded)Previous related experience with education and training programs aligned to the ASQA and ACFE and Skills First Funding arrangementsA current working with Children Check or VIT Registration is essential as is a Police Check or the willingness to gain one.We are currently in the process of ‘reimagining’ our program offering so we are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker to bring new ideas and be instrumental in driving our approach to building a dynamic and successful range of customer-centred and sustainable training and community programs.  About Us For more than 40 years our organisation has offered the Ballarat community a pathway through education, training and employment via BRACE’s services.
