About the roleAn exciting permanent full time opportunity has become available to join our progressive Group Training Organisation (GTO) division. This permanent full time position will be responsible for providing high levels of service and ongoing post placement support to our Apprentices and Trainees. The role will also involve developing effective relationships with employers to maintain quality service levels and leverage further opportunities.Day to day duties will include:Creating and managing a caseload of up to approximately 50 apprentices and traineesIdentify opportunities to increase host business numbers and employment outcomesEstablishing networks with key industry groups, state and government organisations, schools, job networks and providersContributing to the establishment of procedures, processes and activities that ensure the efficient operation of field services in the GTOCompleting all documentation relating to host business vacancies, charge outs, contracts etcPerformance ManagementGrow number of vacancies and meet pre-established KPI’s with sales activitiesOverall the role will ensure the successful completion of apprentices and trainees, managing retention and delivery of service that is adding value to our host businesses. About youOur successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and/or have an understanding of a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and come with account management and strong relationship building skills.You will also have proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and bring confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Coming from a labour hire, Human Resources, trade, sales or similar environment would also be preferable but not essential.
