Community Solutions have secured Queensland Government funding to deliver employment-based pre-apprenticeship training, offering a Certificate I in Engineering to support the local manufacturing industry. Through our Pre-apprenticeship Program, trainees will complete 13 weeks of paid full-time training at TAFE, which includes 3 weeks of work placement. Insurance and personal protective equipment (PPE) are fully provided.
By hosting a trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to assess their potential in a real work environment. If it’s a great match, you can seamlessly transition them into an apprenticeship through our trusted Group Training Organisation (GTO) model.
