A solid understanding of people centered case management principles including barrier management is core to your continued success. Additional responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining effective customer and employer relationshipsGaining an understanding of the role requirements and assessing customer fit and training needsWorking with both the customer and employer to ensure smooth transition into the workplace and provide on-going post placement supportRecording all actions within the required timeframes, ensuring all schedules are maintained regularly with documentary evidenceTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in job seeker service delivery and mentoring (preferred)A customer focus; we want to provide our customers and employers with tailored support to ensure we're meeting their requirementsYou are passionate about working in the disability sector and building the confidence of our customersHighly developed problem solving and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-taskAbility to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a teamHigh level of computer literacyAdditional requirements:A current Working with Children Check/Blue Card or the willingness to gain one prior to successful commencementA current and valid Driver’s Licence In line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from 15 December 2021. Community Solutions Group also requires all new employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.If this is the role for you, apply below.
