A new program offering skill development, on-the-job work experience, mentoring and Certificate 1 level qualifications has launched in Rockhampton.

Community Solutions, in partnership with Rockhampton Regional Council, the Australian Agricultural College Emerald and Rockhampton CQ TAFE,  has launched the Pathwayz Project to provide a practical avenue for skill development and training and foundational learning (literacy and numeracy) for jobless families, young people – both Indigenous and non-Indigenous, and people with a disability or whose lives are impacted by mental health issues.

The Pathwayz Project is funded by the Local Solutions Fund through the Department of Human Services.
