Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and managing service bookings
  • Claiming from the NDIS Portal
  • Creating invoices and reconciliation of payments
  • Promoting strong professional relationships and providing efficient customer service to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
  • Working collaboratively throughout the organisation

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • High level of finance experience
  • High level accuracy and competency
  • Accounts reconciliation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and reliable work style
  • Ability to, or past experience of, navigating the NDIS Portal
  • A passion for improving the lives of people with a disability and an understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
