Disability Employment Services (DES) – Important Update

The Federal Government’s national disability employment program has changed.

In November 2025, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) officially replaced the Disability Employment Services (DES) program.

As part of this, Endeavour Foundation was named as a specialist IEA provider, delivering tailored services that support people with intellectual disability to find and maintain rewarding employment.
