We are seeking an Information & Communication Technology Trainee with a genuine interest and passion to work with computers and technology. The role of the successful ITC Trainee will include assisting information technology staff with the maintenance and support of Council’s information technology equipment.
Key Outcomes & Key Accountabilities for this 24-month traineeship based in Innisfail will include first line information technology support to councils’ operational areas and internal customers with a timely service.

Who We Are?Community Solutions is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
