The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Trainee to join the Property & Leasing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable workplace experience and a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business qualification.
As a Business Trainee, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our Property Development & Leasing Team, delivering efficient administration to support project work across the Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions Group portfolio in new build, renovation, and lease projects.
The Host
The trainee will be placed with our host, The Endeavour Foundation. An organisation where people are working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.
With over 5,000 staff operating over 300 sites in the heart of local communities across Queensland and New South Wales and Victoria, the Endeavour Foundation offers choice, opportunities and personalised support in the key areas of home, work, learning and community participation.
This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Officer who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business.
