Positive Behaviour Support is rewarding work, but it can also be complex.
You may support people through challenging situations and need to think critically, adapt your approach and problem-solve in real time.
At Community Solutions, you are not expected to manage this alone. You will have access to supervision, clinical guidance, peer support and a team culture that helps you keep learning and growing.
This is the difference between doing challenging work in isolation and doing it with the right team around you.
Whether you are early in your behaviour support career or bringing existing experience, we will support you to keep developing your skills, confidence and capability.
