Through Workforce Australia, Community Solutions provides free, personalised employment support to help you get job-ready, find work, and stay employed. You don’t have to do this on your own.
We know that looking for a job can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re just getting started, returning to work, or needing extra support along the way, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
Workforce Australia is available to eligible jobseekers receiving Services Australia (Centrelink) income support with mutual obligation requirements.

For more than 25 years, Community Solutions has supported people across Australia into rewarding employment.
We deliver Workforce Australia services in partnership with CoAct, as part of a national employment network supporting people in more than 1,000 communities.
This means you benefit from strong local support, backed by a wider network of employers, training providers, and industry connections.
