Disability Employment Services (DES) – Important Update

Big changes are coming to Australia’s disability employment system, and we are here to help you navigate them.

On 1 November 2025, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) will officially replace the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program. Endeavour Foundation has been selected as a specialist IEA provider, delivering tailored services that support people with intellectual disability to find and maintain rewarding employment.

Community Solutions is no longer accepting new DES enquiries. If you are a job seeker, family member, referrer, or employer, please use the links below for information and next steps.
