Do you want to be a part of a dynamic and high quality clinical team providing support to people with disability, their families, and support staff regarding evidence-based approaches to reducing the impact of challenging behaviour?The RoleWorking closely with other Practice Leaders – Behaviour Support and your network of Behaviour Support Practitioners in existing and future NDIS locations, you will be responsible for leadership of Specialist Behaviour Support across Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs based in Frankston. You will have responsibility for all components of Behaviour Support delivery including mentoring your team and ensuring services are delivered to NDIS participants according to best clinical practice and within the scope of each person’s plan.  You will be the point of contact for providers, the NDIA and the OPA; and will work with your team to meet targets whilst ensuring best practice and excellent stakeholder relationships. About YouYou will ideally have knowledge of and experience in working with people with intellectual disability who have complex and challenging behaviours.
