Our host business has been in business for over 30 years and services both domestic and commercial applications. On completion you will receive a certificate III in Engineering Fabrication - Surface Finishing What's involved & what you will learnLearning and applying powder coating techniques as you develop your skillsPre -Treat work for subsequent surface coatingPrepare and produce specialised coatingsControl surface finish production and finished product qualityMake up solutionsPrepare surfaces by abrasive blastingAdhere to Work Health and Safety policiesAbout YouAre you a confident, committed, and motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a passion for the Engineering/Spray Painting industry? Our ideal applicant will:Hold a valid drivers licence (or be able to commit to get to & from work)Work Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm Hold a White Card (and willing to obtain)Can use initiative within the workplaceHave high attention to detail and exceptional organisation skillsBe extremely reliable and punctualBe motivated to work in the fabrication/surface finishing industry and able to handle working a fast-paced environmentWho We Are?Community Solutions is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland.
