Accredited training and employment support, funded by the Queensland Government for people who are unemployed and looking to get back into employment.

Community Careers

Community Careers supports mature-age jobseekers and women who are returning to the workforce with accredited training, vocational placement, job placement and ongoing support to assist them to develop skills and build careers in local industries with high growth. Projects are currently being delivered in:

Hervey Bay – Certificate III in Individual Support.
Maryborough – Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate III in Health Support Services.
Rockhampton – Certificate III in Individual Support.
Mackay – Certificate III in Individual Support.

Pioneer your Career

Pioneer Your Career provides mature-age jobseekers and women who are returning to the workforce with accredited training, vocational placement, job placement and ongoing support to assist them to develop skills and build careers in local industries with high growth. Pioneer Your Career is currently being delivered in Cannonvale and offers training in Certificate III Individual Support and Certificate II Tourism.

Future Foundations

Future Foundations supports 15–24 year olds engaged with Youth Justice Services or Queensland Corrective Services, to undertake nationally recognised training and develop the skills necessary to enter the workforce, engage in further education/training or return to school. Future Foundations is currently being delivered in Mackay where participants will gain a Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways along with personalised support.
