About the role

Further qualifications and requirements in a training capacity are further listed below:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or TAE40110 and one of the following:
    • TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor or
    • TAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills and one of the following
      • TAEASS502 Design and Develop Assessment tools or its successor or
      • TAEASS502A Design and develop Assessment tools or
      • TAEASS502B Design and develop Assessment tools
  • Relevant Industry Qualification and currency in Business Services Training Package (minimum Certificate II level).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering VCAL/VET programs
  • Demonstrated experience in working with young people in a training environment
