This role will support our quality and compliance as well as reviewing the performance of our Employment Services programs across the business. This position will also include training and operational support to employees and overall will ensure policies, procedures and operating material are contractually compliant. Other responsibilities are to;Develop and monitor organisational performance against the Quality Indicators in Government ContractsEnsure contractual compliance at the organisational level, with Department of Employment and Department of Social Services Employment Services Deed and Quality & Performance Frameworks Strengths-based practices and the understanding of Performance frameworksPrepare the organisation for internal and external audits, as well as reporting outcomes via executive summaries;Handle and resolve inbound compliance queries and helpdesk questions About You:You will ideally come with practical knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance Frameworks (document control and quality standards) and the Australian Privacy principles and Guidelines. You will also have a solid understanding of Employment Services contracts and the industry in general.
