You will lead our training team to be the provider of choice and build effective relationships that create sustainable opportunities and outcomes for our customers.This role, will be responsible for the portfolio currently supporting our Cultural and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) and Youth customers including English as an Additional Language (EAL) training programs, Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) programs and our Youth Programs (VCAL).Key duties:Lead and manage coordinators and the training team in the delivery of quality education and training programsEnsure a strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and reporting requirementsDeliver on performance expectations and meet outcomes with internal and external stakeholdersWork collaboratively with the leadership group and your team to deliver an exceptional customer and team experienceBe responsible for establishing and managing program budgetsAbout youAs Program Manager you will bring:A keen interest and passion in leading and developing othersA proactive and enthusiastic communication style to lead change, growth and a customer-centred approachDemonstrated experience in the education and training sectorQualifications in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 with required additional units) or higherRelevant tertiary qualificationsPrevious related experience with Youth and CALD training programs aligned to the VRQA, VCAA and ASQAA current working with Children Check or VIT Registration is essential as is a Police Check or the willingness to gain one.We are currently in the process of ‘reimagining’ our program offering so we are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker to bring new ideas and be instrumental in driving our approach to customer-centred and sustainable training.   About Us For more than 40 years our organisation has offered Victorian’s a pathway through education, training and employment via our two RTO’s, SkillsPlus and BRACE.
