The role will see you develop relationships with the local employers, community groups and the broader region to identify sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.Other responsibilities include;Engaging with clients in activities that will lead to employment;Ensuring clients are meeting their mutual obligation requirementsAssisting clients with pre-employment activities e.g. resumes, cover lettersStrengths-based practices and the understanding of Performance frameworksReporting on KPIs, site level performance and compliance About You:You believe in making a difference in people's lives and will ideally come with sound business development, recruitment and influencing skills/experience.
