Mental Health Services
Supporting people experiencing mental illness through individual and group programs.
The program provides mental health services to people 18 years and over living in the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions.
Through peer-led group activities, people living with mental illness are empowered and supported through sharing life experiences with like-minded people to help develop support networks for times of crisis.
Referrals accepted from Queensland Health and the Individual Recovery Support Program.
National Psychosocial Support Transition (NPST) facilitates ongoing support to former participants of either Partners in Recovery (PIR) or Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs) programs to test their eligibility for supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Participants are provided one-on-one support until they move to the NDIS or access Continuity of Support services.
Continuity of Support (COS) provides support for people who are ineligible to receive NDIS services. Our team of qualified support workers provide one-on-one support to help people increase their confidence and social participation and achieve greater independence and other personal goals.
