Our successful candidate will have previous experience and qualifications in a training capacity which are further listed below:Assessors must satisfy the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015/AQTF mandatory competency requirements for assessorsCurrent Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or TAE40110 and one of the following:TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor orTAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills and one of the following:TAEASS502 Design and Develop Assessment tools or its successor orTAEASS502A Design and develop Assessment tools orTAEASS502B Design and develop Assessment toolsIn addition, assessors must have at a minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support (CHC33015) or higherA current working with Children Check or VIT Registered is essential as is Police Check or the willingness to gain one. Trainer/Assessor: Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015)

About the role

Due to growing business requirements, we are now looking to hire a Sessional Trainer/Assessor to deliver the courses: Certificate 3 in Individual Support (CHC33015) across our Ballarat site.

  • Assess and evaluate training
  • Placement Visits
  • General teaching administrative duties

 

About you

First and foremost you will have a passion for Age Care in conveying this passion through your teaching to others. Our successful candidate will have previous experience and qualifications in a training capacity which are further listed below:
