This role will essentially be responsible for delivering a suite of group based activities at a site to assist jobseekers develop skills and understand the local labour market.Other key duties will include:Facilitating group engagement activities to assist jobseekers in further enhancing their work related skills to move into suitable employmentBuild work capacity, increase skills sets and provide relevant job search advice and supportActively engage in daily marketing activities, utilise available job matching tools and provide job searching direction to meet individual and team monthly placement targetsPartner with jobseekers by promoting active participation, ensuring personal accountability when meeting mutual obligation requirementsEstablish and develop strong stakeholder relationships with a focus on promoting opportunities for jobseekers by maximising internal referrals About You:You will ideally possess the expertise and experience to recognise and draw on the abilities and aspirations of job seekers and have the confidence to deliver group activities. About The Role:
