Working closely with the General Manager â NDIS and Community this position will be responsible for establishing, growing and implementing Support Coordination in our North QLD region. This role will have responsibility for all components of Support Coordination including mentoring their team and ensuring services are delivered to NDIS participants independent of direct provision of supports, and allowing each participant full choice and control.
This position will also assist participants in reducing complexity in the support environment and focusing on each person achieving their stated goals. Our Support Coordination services are impartial and delivered according to the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators 2020.
