About the Role:We are now looking to hire an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant on a permanent full time basis to join our friendly, supportive and high performing Frankston based team. Working in our Vocational training team, this role will see you being the first point of contact for customers and other visitors as well as providing general administrative support to our department.Other responsibilities include;Directing customers to appropriate services (phone and face to face)Administration of student enrolments, student data entry and processingFiling, word processing , scanning, photocopying, reporting and mailingWorking as part of the team to develop performance standards in administrative and customer service areas About You:You will ideally come with previous relatable administrative and customer service experience (preferably from vocational industry). An ability to quickly build rapport with customers along with a high level of both written and verbal communication will see you thrive in this role.
