In this role you will be responsible for the promotion of SkillsPlus and BRACE services to employers and stakeholders, throughout the region. The position will work with employers to develop employment solutions for their business. With a strong focus on sales, this role will screen, match and refer job seekers to employer vacancies. Therefore, you will be target driven and skilled in sales with a results focus.The day-to-day duties will be, but not be limited to:Work with employers and industry to understand their businesses employment needsWork with job seekers to screen, match and refer participants to available jobsMarket job seekers to employersWork with job seekers and their case managers to market job seekers to employersCoaching job seekers to ensure they are job readyDeliver post placement support to employers About You:You believe in making a difference in people's lives. You are a great communicator with a drive for results, a client focus and a professional but friendly demeanour.
