Based in the Community Wellbeing stream will be a new service - ParentsNext.  ParentsNext is a pre-employment program that provides early intervention assistance to parents with young children. It assists parents to set education and employment goals, develop a pathway to achieve their goals and link them to services and activities in the local community. The RoleWe are now looking to hire a Team Leader to manage our high quality outcome focused ParentsNext pre-employment program. This full time contract role (till December 2019) will essentially be responsible for implementing and overseeing the establishment and the delivery of ParentsNext services across our regions.Other key duties will include:Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the purpose of effective deliveryEnsure ParentsNext is compliant with all contractual obligationsDevelop an extensive community profile and maintain strategic relationships including linkages with government and non-government stakeholders, employers, businesses and community networks which supports increased opportunities for parent outcomesProactively coach and mentor team members and peers, providing and receiving constructive feedbackThis permanent full time leadership opportunity is for an immediate start with comprehensive training and induction provided. About YouYou will ideally have proven success in developing strong collaborative relationships as a service manager and bring strong leadership qualities. Along with this, you will have an understanding of Employment Services and have previous experience in working with parents and families.
