We provide a range of education, training and employment services, working with individuals from various backgrounds and abilities, including disengaged youth, migrants, people who are long-term unemployed and people with disabilities.In 2015 we have extended our services by joining Endeavour Foundation (a large disability provider predominantly based in Queensland).  As a group we are now strategically positioned to make a profound and positive difference for individuals, families and communities through the delivery of a greater range of service options. About the roleWe are currently seeking a vibrant, high calibre and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver class-room based training and potential business mentoring, on a sessional basis for:BSB42615 Certificate IV in New Small BusinessBSB42618 Certificate IV in New Small BusinessThe trainer’s role will be responsible for the training delivery of current course material, assessing, mentoring new business start-ups and course administration.  You will have demonstrated experience in your own business start-up and management including managing finances, legal requirements and marketing including digital marketing strategies.Trainers must participate in validation and moderation, quality reviews and professional development to underpin currency to ensure your vocational competence meets and/or exceeds the education level being delivered and assessed.Trainers must also ensure currency of course material and have the ability to customise and contribute to continuous improvement of the course. About youThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate vocational competency. You will hold an Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) vocational qualification or equivalent in the qualification you are delivering along with competency in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 including units TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills & TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools.
