We are driven by our vision to ‘Make possibilities a reality’ for our customers, communities and people. About the RoleReporting directly to the General Manager Specialist Services, this permanent full time role is responsible for leading and informing business practice that will ensure the provision of quality, compliant and sustainable specialist services to clients in existing and future NDIS locations, as well as non-NDIS clients receiving therapeutic supports. This position will provide analysis and strategic advice to inform the growth and delivery of Specialist Services across our business and will have responsibility for working collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as finance, quality and others; as well as Government departments, service providers and others.As a senior leader your role modelling of our leadership values motivates and engages our people and customers in a transforming environment to be the best they can be. Taking the initiative, you will work within and across our business to deliver an exceptional customer service - always seeking to improve our customer’s experience. You will provide organisational thought leadership around business development strategies, operations and initiatives to inform the organisational strategy.   About YouYou will ideally have the knowledge and expertise from a similar role in the disability sector preferably in a business development position. You will be a strong influencer and connector at a leadership level and be able to articulate, implement strategy and measure success.
