About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our progressive Group Training Organisation (GTO) division servicing the Brisbane and North Brisbane region. Based at our Lawnton office, this permanent full time position will give you a chance to use and develop your skills to establish relationships with key stakeholders across a range of industries, associations and groups to maximize business development opportunities for the recruitment of apprentices, trainees and labour hire. Reporting directly to the Business Leader, you will play a significant role in the success of our growing the business. Duties will include:
- Establishing networks with key industry groups, state and government organisations, schools, job networks and providers to ensure sales vacancies are filled with quality suitable applicants
- Identifying and marketing new industry trends
- Contributing to the establishment of procedures, processes and activities that ensure the efficient operation of field services in the GTO
- Identifying innovations and opportunities to increase host business numbers and employment outcomes
- Completing all documentation relating to host business vacancies, charge outs, contracts etc
About you
You will ideally come from a strong sales, relationship building and business development background and are now looking to advance your career. Our successful candidate will be a proven performer and excel at meeting performance, sales and marketing targets. Experience within a Group Training Organisation (GTO) or labour hire environment would be preferable but not essential. We are a high performing culture who seeks excellence in what we do. A current and valid driver’s licence is essential as is a current White Card and Blue Card or the willingness to gain one.
