This will include consulting with key stakeholders to conduct the assessments & analysis of your findings to develop quality plans. Whilst the role is based in Cannon Hill there will be ongoing travel to Rockhampton to support the business when required.The key components of the role are to provide coaching, modelling and support to stakeholders. The role will also include monitoring plans, attending relevant Tribunals, preparing submissions and developing partnerships with relevant agencies, governing bodies and professionals.About YouRelevant Tertiary qualifications including: in Psychology, Social Work, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy or similar areas of Social and Behavioural Sciences.Demonstrated organisation and time-management skills to effectively manage workload, maintain case notes and meet deadlines.Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the behaviour support literature and understanding of the role of a behaviour support clinician.Experience within the disability or forensic sectors is not mandatory but would be an asset.High level of interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain relationships within a team, with customers, across service providers, and with various stakeholders.High level problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions, and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.Ideally the successful applicant will have registration as a psychologist or occupational therapist, or appropriate membership as a speech pathologist or social worker.On OfferIn addition to a highly competitive salary package, Community Solutions offers numerous benefits such as salary sacrifice, salary continuance, purchase of additional annual leave and corporate health insurance. To demonstrate your interest in this role please submit a cover letter and up to date resume outlining your relevant experience as per the advertisement above.
