About The Role:We are now looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a permanent full time basis to join our friendly, supportive and high performing Dandenong based team. Working in our Vocational training team, this role will see you providing general administrative support to our department.Other responsibilities include;Administration of student enrolments, data entry (VETtrak) and processingDirecting customers to appropriate services (phone and face to face) handling course enquiriesSome knowledge of complianceWorking as part of the team to develop performance standards in administrative and customer service areas About You:You will ideally come with previous relatable administrative and customer service experience (preferably from vocational industry). An ability to quickly build rapport with customers along with a high level of both written and verbal communication will see you thrive in this role.
